Just wanted to take a second to let you all know about this awesome website that I heard about today before I get started on my mountain of homework.
www.sevenly.org is a website that, each week, creates a cool new t-shirt for a different cause. Every Monday the new design comes out and you get to see how much they’ve raised so far, read about the cause, and see a timeline of how much longer you have left to buy that specific cause’s t-shirt. This week’s (October 31-November 6) cause is to help girls escape forced prostitution! They also have a link at the top where you can see previous causes and learn more about those too. I just thought I’d share because this is definitely a neat way to help out and become aware of different charities out there, plus you get a new unique, somewhat limited edition, shirt when you buy/donate to the charity. Each shirt is $22 and $7 of your purchase goes to the charity that the shirt is for. I think you guys should definitely check it out and let me know if you purchase a shirt!
